About workshops modern belly dance
This dance is very feminine, deep, sensual, naturally shaping and strengthens muscles. It strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, but also intensive muscles all over the body. Higher levels give the impression of snake movementsI choose for better stretching exercises, warm up the whole body and toning muscles for dancing. YOGA
She exercises more styles of Yoga. Has school in the Czech Republic. In all her workshops an important part is Yoga. Chooses the types of yoga according to need and level, theme. Includes elements of yoga in dance styles and shows.
Hatha yoga Yoga is a specific system, the main part of the body positions (asanas), breath control (pranayama) and relaxation of the mind (meditation). Exercise is very gentle to your body. In class, you can expect a slightly smaller number of asanas, but they are precisely built. Concentration, Sun Salutations, asanas, relaxation.
Power vinyasa yoga It is a transformational experience, which combines breath with movement builds strength, flexibility and balance body and mind. Reduces stress and tension, improves cardiovascular activity, increases lung capacity, regulates metabolism and improves sleep. It features a dynamic exercise, yoga postures developing physical and mental condition. It is a comprehensive training linking your breath, body and mind. The aim of the exercise is to achieve the harmonious unity of body and soul.
